Although all precautions and great care will be exercised the sitter shall not
be liable for damages that they could reasonably not have prevented.

Please supply the sitter with tea, coffee, milk and sugar

Also it would be appreciated if the sitter could make use of basic condiments

If stay is 3 days or longer please supply a small amount of wardrobe space
-
The use of cooking utensils, stove and a small amount of fridge space.

The sitter shall be responsible for keeping area that they occupy neat and clean

Should it be required of the sitter to take you to the airport or your pets to designated walking areas that requires the use of a vehicle then: a) Use of the sitters vehicle a charge of R3.00 per kilometre shall be levied to cover expenses. This is the house sitters preferred method. b) The home owners vehicle:, no charge will be levied. However although vehicle in question shall be treated with the greatest respect and due diligence exercised by the sitter, mishaps and accidents can happen. The cost there of shall be for the home owners accountand covered by his/her insurance

Both the sitter and the hopuse owner shall be committed to adhere to instructions listed above

Payment of 50% of fee to be made for a provisional booking to be confirmed and the remainder to be paid within 7 days of return.

All payments to be made via EFT unless otherwise agreed to by the sitter and no cash deposit to be made.
